SILVER SWANS® BALLET CLASSES 🩰

Enjoy the joy of dance with our Silver Swans® ballet classes, created by the Royal Academy of Dance for older adults.

These gentle, welcoming sessions are ideal for ages 55+ but open to all adults and abilities, including complete beginners. Improve your strength, balance, posture and wellbeing in a friendly, supportive environment.

Led by a fully qualified RAD Registered Teacher and licensed Silver Swans® instructor. Fully insured and DBS checked.
